Laura Combating CV-19 Outbreak at AZ Private Prisons

Six heads of office, including myself, came together with the Judges in Tucson federal court to move 1800 nonviolent migrants out of custody before the virus hit. 
It was an extraordinary privilege to be part of that team. But we cannot give up. We must continue the efforts and push it as a model to our Governor. The story is detailed here:
